Product Photography

I don't know about you, but I have this burning need to do everything myself.  I have learnt that sometimes I need to let the experts do it, however I do still like to give things a go.  Product photography is a good example of this.  If you want to give it a go yourself and your product is small, here are a couple of tips;

Get yourself a small portable studio lightbox with a lighting strip that can be plugged into your laptop or power source - Google 'portable folding lightbox photography'

Make sure the lighting strip is on (can be at the top or bottom) and place your product in the middle of the floor.  Take photos with your Phone

Use the phones inbuilt filters  and editor to adjust the colours and exposure to accurately show the product.

Upload to website.

As the lightboxes can be purchased for around $20 this is well worth giving it a go, even if just to understand how product photography works.
